Locate Supplies Ltd now have full in-house waterjet cutting facilities installed at our Scunthorpe branch. Waterjet cutting takes an electronic drawing or CAD file and cuts out the desired shapes by means of high pressured water and sand. It can cut almost any material, there is no heat involved, it is highly accurate and has a multitude of cut finishes depending on the quality needed.
If you normally get something machined at great cost and time then try our waterjet, our customers find that most of the time machining afterwards isn't necessary and even if it is it's only finishing up not to mention it's much cheaper and quicker than machining from scratch.

Our general cutting tolerances are +/- 0.25mm but can be much more accurate depending on the quality of cut needed.
We can accept material size upto 3000mm x 2000mm.
